Dark Age of Camelot Goes Gold
Dark Age of Camelot

According to a Mythic Entertainment spokesman, the company's massively multiplayer online RPG Dark Age of Camelot has just recently gone gold and should be shipped to retail stores next month. Set in a medieval fantasy world inspired by Arthurian, Norse, and Celtic legends, the upcoming MMORPG plans to immerse gamers in the escalating conflict between the realms of Midgard, Hibernia, and Albion over the throne, vacant since the death of King Arthur.

In related news, Mythic Entertainment has signed a partnership with GOA.com and Wanadoo Edition to bring the title to European shores as quickly as possible. The deal calls upon GOA.com to establish and support servers throughout France, the United Kingdom and Germany with Wanadoo Edition responsible for the European distribution of the game. With such a swift trans-Atlantic release planned, Dark Age of Camelot is bound to attract aspiring adventurers when it hits store shelves in North America and Europe on October 16 and an unspecified date in January, respectively.
