Following hot on the heels of the announcement that those who reserve Zelda : The Ocarina of Time between October 24th and November 22nd will receive a limited-edition gold cartridge, Nintendo has revised their plans for the game, now stating that every copy of the game will be shipped in a gold-colored cartridge. The original announcement of limited gold copies upset many gamers who had either already reserved the game, or were planning on purchasing it after the release date. Mitch Crim, a spokesman for Nintendo of America, told Nintendojo that Nintendo has revised its positioning on the game, and that "All of The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time cartridges are going to be gold." The whopping 256 megabit cartridge will now be the third Zelda title to come in a gold-colored casing, after the first two original Nintendo releases. Source: [FGN Online]
