Following Nintendo's Direct presentation for Japan, Nintendo of America released its own micro-Direct video. Chief amongst the RPGs in the seventeen-minute video, which can be viewed in full here, were announcements for Bravely Second: End Layer and LBX: Little Battlers eXperience.
Bravely Second: End Layer was recently released in Japan and is the 3DS-exclusive sequel to Bravely Default: Where the Fairy Flies, which was released in North America in 2014. The game is set a few years after the original title, with Tiz and Edea returning as playable characters, with a number of others also appearing in the game. Bravely Second is due to be released in North America in 2016, with Nintendo of Europe confirming a release in the region, also in 2016.
LBX: Little Battlers eXperience is a 3DS game from Level-5's cross media Danball Senki series. The game was originally released in Japan in 2012 under the title Danball Senki Baku Boost, and sees players battling small, customisable plastic mecha on a super-strong cardboard battlefield. LBX: Little Battlers eXperience is due out in North America on August 21, 2015, with a European release set for November 2015. A trailer for the game can be viewed below.
