Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have unveiled the latest title in the Deus Ex series, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. The game is a direct sequel to the 2011 release Deus Ex: Human Revolution, with players once again controlling Adam Jensen. The game will be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, with a release date to be revealed at a later time.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided takes place in the year 2029, two years after the events of Human Revolution and the tragic "Aug Incident", which stopped the rise of human augmentation and segregated humanity. Adam Jensen is now a counter-terrorism agent, travelling the world to uncover a conspiracy involving a number of secret organisations.
