Muteki Corporation has announced that its retro indie RPG, Dragon Fantasy: Book I, will be arriving on the North American PSN next week. The updated release includes new graphics, the option to switch between 8-bit and the new 16-bit graphical modes, and a new dungeon. The iOS, PC, and Mac versions will all be updated with the same improvements as made for the PSN versions of the game, which is out on April 16 and playable on PS3 and Vita. The game will cost $9.99, although PS Plus members will be able to purchase it for a discounted price of $7.99.

A fresh trailer has also been released for the game, which can be viewed below. The game's sequel, Dragon Fantasy: Book II, is due out on PSN later this year.
