Ukrainian developer Best Way, who previously developed the RTS series Men of War, are now working on an open world RPG title named Nuclear Union. The game is set fifty years after the Cuban Missile Crisis escalated into a full nuclear war, with a Soviet officer emerging from the underground to explore the wastelands left behind.
Nuclear Union will feature third-person based combat in an expansive open world, a companion system, and will throw some moral choices at the player. Combat can be paused to give orders and co-ordinate attacks. Nuclear Union currently has no fixed release date, but Best Way is looking to release a boxed retail edition and on Steam in 2013.
