Namco Bandai announced this week that .hack//G.U.Vol. 2: Reminisce has gone gold and will be hitting shelves on May 8. The game will pick up where Vol. 1: Rebirth left off as Haseo and company delve further into mysteries surrounding the MMO "The World."

Reminisce will allow greater customization of fighting styles and weapons, as well as allowing players to discover new allies and to build their own deck for the Crimson VS mini-game. As an added bonus, Reminisce will also include the first episode of the .hack//Roots anime that ties into the .hack//G.U. storyline.
