Another Tirnanog Title Announced

Systemsoft Alpha announced recently that it is planning to continue the Tirnanog series with Tirnanog IV for PC. Like its predecessor, Tirnanog III, this upcoming title will be based on Celtic mythology, and it will have an updated version of the Scenario Generation feature, which randomly generates quests that can open up new areas for players to explore.

Tirnanog IV boasts of a cast of 80 different playable characters, and that roster can be expanded by using saved data from the previous installment to access characters from Tirnanog III. Keeping that crowd in contact will be possible by using a messaging system to communicate with other characters who are not in the current party.

Tirnanog IV will feature three modes of difficulty, and it will run in Windows 98/ME/XP/2000 at 1024 x 728 resolution. The game will be available in Japan sometime this July.
