So what exactly is the big spoiler? Well, the information Square revealed includes a number of screenshots, in which Yuna and Seymour are depicted being married. While Square is no stranger to showing off important plot points before their games are released (Aeris, anyone?), this may not necessarily mean the two characters get married for good. Even so, this is a rather surprising development, since everything up to this point made Final Fantasy X seem eerily similar to Final Fantasy VIII.

The aforementioned screenshots can be found below. Final Fantasy X is slated for a July 19th release in Japan, and will be released in North America in early 2002.
