Square Enix and Eidos Montréal have announced the upcoming release of the second story-based DLC for its cyberpunk RPG, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Dubbed A Criminal Past, this standalone story takes a look back into Adam Jensen's past, letting players live out one of his earliest missions for TF29. Set prior to the events of the game proper, A Criminal Past sees Jensen go undercover into a high-security prison specifically for augmented felons. Joining him on his mission to retrieve information from a fellow undercover agent is his old acquaintance Delara Auzenne.

A Criminal Past will release digitally on February 23, 2017, and will be available via Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, and other online stores, as well as the publisher's online store. It will also be part of the game's Season Pass.
