Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino revealed that that the company is planning an international expansion during a seminar in Tokyo earlier this month. Not much else was revealed about the new company at the seminar, but more info has been revealed today in an article by the morning edition of the Nishi Nippon Shimbun.

According the report Level 5 will begin its overseas movement with a US subsidiary starting this summer. It was also reported that the company has plans to open a United Kingdom subsidiary sometime later this year.

The two new companies are being referred as "software sales companies," suggesting little plans for development. The paper also reports that the company expects sales of over 10 billion yen for the current fiscal year due to the expansion, up from last year's 7 billion yen.
