Konami has recently shipped Lost in Blue 3, the newest addition to their Survival Kids series, for the Nintendo DS. The game is rated E10+ for everyone ages 10 and up and can be purchased for $29.99 (USD).

Unlike previous Survival Kids games, Lost in Blue 3 adds more depth using multiple characters with their own personal storylines. Completing one character's storyline unlocks two additional characters with their own journey through the island and their own ending. Players will have to uncover their character's memories through flashbacks for tips on surviving the island.

Besides gathering food, exploring the island, and hunting dangerous animals, players will have to endure nature's many faces; from lightning strikes to earthquakes. Other features include over 20 mini-games ranging from rafting down rivers to communicating with dolphins, and the opportunity to challenge friends to cooking battles using the Multi-Card play or Single Card Download play.
