Square-Enix To Become Tangible, Finally

Square has revealed that it will no longer be the publisher of Final Fantasy titles. That's because come April 17, the next of the titles due to be released in Japan, Final Fantasy XI: Vision of Ziraat will be published under the company's new incarnation, Square-Enix. Presumably, all subsequent titles will bear the Square-Enix label.

This does not affect the release date in any way, and Square also revealed pricing for the expansion: the game will retail for a suggested 3980 yen, or approximately $33.00 US. Curiously, there has been no confirmed North American release date as of yet, beyond a rather imprecise estimate of sometime this year.
