Two New Final Fantasy VIII Characters

    Two new characters have been unvieled for Final Fantasy VIII. Fighting along side Laguna Loire, they are Ward Zaback and Kiros Seagul. The three soldiers are said to have complete trust for each other, and anyone of them would gladly give his life for the other two.

    Ward is 2 meters tall (approximately 6 feet, 6 inches), 25 years old, and wields a harpoon. Kiros is the youngest of the three, at age 23, and uses a qatar as a weapon.

    It is not known whether or not these two characters will be playable, however, they are describe as having a huge impact on the relationship between Laguna and Squall.
