Two recent promotions of Square's Chocobo have shown up in Japan. The first is images of the Chocobo on packages of Morinaga Choco Balls, a promotion of Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon 2. Morinaga Choco Ball's are small candies that come in three flavors, Strawberry, carmel, and peanut.

    The second promotion consisted of Chocobo's painted on the "New Year Liner", a special train in Japan.
