The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time FAQ By Joseph L. Stock joeystock@aol.com *** Version .4 You asked for it and here it is, an updated FAQ. First I have added a special songs section that tell you where to find each of the songs (I'm missing a few.) Also stolen from IGN64.Com, is how to find all 4 Workers in Gerudo Valley. You guys seem to be having a lot of with Water Temple. Well, guess what? I plan on writing a Water Temple Walkthrough for Gamefaqs.com ASAP. Go ahead and check it out once I have it up. Also because so many people keep asking me, I have added under the World Items section the prizes for Skulltulas. Check this all out. And please, the FAQ shows you how far I am. Don't ask. Version .3 Big Update! First off let me announce this now. I'm working on Enemy List for Gamefaqs.Com. I have started another File and wil pay attention to facts such as enemy's names, where to find them and how to beat them. Also what items you can expect to get from them. This doesn't mean I'll quit on this FAQ. My first file is still my main game. Once I beat the game a first time, than I'll focus on my enemy list. You won't see a version of that List until I finish my second game. So don't worry about it. Just prewarning you. Next, please, no more emails about secrets and stuff. I get enough with questions, being told every little thing in this game is going to drive me nuts. I'll try to credit who sent me things first as best I can. But please no more stuff unless you are sure no one knows it. Like an example is this very strange fairy technique dsfsadhuri@aol.com showed me. I have made it up to Fire Temple. I also have in here how to win the Mask Shop game and how to travel back in time. And there IS 100 Skulltulas. A gossip stone tells the tale. Version .2 Managed to get in a long playing session and it shows. I have defeated Lord Jabu-Jabu. I have corrected some spelling mistakes and have added to the items area, including the many incredible uses for bottles. Even another use for those fish! I also have finally become adult link, gotten the horse and the hookshot, and am now on my way to the Forest Temple. I'm kicking myself, but I didn't find about the soft soil's Golden Skulltulas and only have 20. I now have to wait to become child link in order to collect the other skulltulas I missed. But the way to get them is covered in this update. But on another note, I received a ton of mail the last two days and almost all of it is positive. I only got one letter that was a flamer. Sadly this person only scanned my FAQ and so came off as an idiot, which is what he called me. But he did make two points. One, I have had some spelling mistakes. It's rupees, not rubees. I have corrected that with other mistakes as well. And now I need your people's help. Maybe I read it wrong, but I thought the Head Skulltula said there is only 50 Golden Skulltula's. But I have heard from other sources there is 100. Can I get some confirmations here? Finally I have how to get the horse, so don't worry my friends. Enjoy. Version .125 I didn't get to play much today and so don't have a big update. I added how to get inside Lord Juto-Juto. (through I haven't completed that dungeon yet.) I also checked out the well in the Village and I'm sorry to say, but you can't dive enough with the Silver scale. So I can only assume along the way, the well gets drained somehow. Or maybe when you wear the Zora Tunic you can get down there. Next I got corrected on the subject of the large dancing jar in the Goron City. Thanks to chmcalbro@aol.com for correcting me. Last I have started a tip section, that starts off with uses for different items. Overview I wrote this FAQ because I always wanted to write one and so I picked a game I'm good at. But I didn't want to write a walkthrough, because I have a habit of taking the hard way when doing things. But I do cover "tough" points. Email with any questions you have that are not in this FAQ and I'll try my best to answer them and maybe, if they are asked more than once, add them to the FAQ. I hope to add a list of pieces of hearts and skulltulas as soon as I find them all. Here goes. Legend R= Rupees. The currency of Hyrule. AMAP=As Much As Possible Kokiri Forest It's a forest full of magic and it's also your home base while you are a child. Q: Saria is Link's girlfriend? What about Zelda? A: Hehe. From what I got, while Zelda and Link become friends, it's never a love thing. But hey, Mario never got Peach. Q: Where is my sword and shield? A: The shield takes awhile to get. You need to search through pots, grass, rocks, and chests to collect 40R to buy a shield. Big rip-off right? Get used to rip-offs, the merchants seem to have a monopoly in this game. The sword is free, but with some effort. At the end of the Fighting Training Center, there is a crawlspace. Enter that and crawl all the way to the end. Avoid the boulder. Now the sign tells you to do a stupid sideways walk, but I never got the hang of it and so just watch the boulder's pattern, than ran at the right moment. There you find the sword. Yipie! The Great Deku Tree Honey, could you please get this damn curse off my tree? Q: I'm scared! A: Understandable. Nintendo did a great job with the battle music here. The sense of fear is spine-chilling. Just let your training(you did practice at the Training Center, right?) kick in. The first three plants have almost no offsense, so just go in there and chomp them up. Q: Okay, I'm in the tree. Now what? A: Explore my boy. This isn't a walkthrough, but in almost no time you can get the dungeon map and the Slingshot, which is one of the most useful objects in the game. Q: How do I kill that third spider on the wall? He's blocking my way! A: This one requires more work than usual. Stand in front of the large chest. Now use C-up to look at the spider. Navi will figure out what you are doing and fly up, so you can get a lock. Warning, if you do this, make sure to let go of the analog stick after getting the lock or you could fall off the ledge. Q: How do I break the web in the middle of the 1st floor? A: Easy. You have to fall from the top floor. Make sure to fall from the ledge with the heart by it. Than you can collect the heart AND break the web. Q: I seem stuck in this room. A: If you are a Zelda fan, you know this rule from Zelda: A Link to the Past. Torchs should always be lit. If you seem stuck, use a Deku Stick, catch it on fire with a lit torch, than walk over to the unlit one and it should lit itself. Make sure to press A or B before your Deku Stick burns up. If that's not it, try to look for a switch. Q: This one spider is strange. Navi won't lock onto him. A: You have found a Golden Skulltula. These little buggers are worth their weight in gold. Navi won't take them for an enemy, so you'll have to kill it manually. Make sure to collect the token it leaves behind. There are 100 of them running around, collect them all to make yourself "very rich". Q: What's with these guys who shoot nuts at me and hide when I get close? A: They have a name, but I forget it. Just bounce their buts off your shield. If it seems to be missing, adjust the angle of your shield by moving the control stick. Once you connect, they run off in fear. Chase them down and attempt to finish them off. Many times instead of dieing they'll help you out. Q: Okay, how do I beat this Queen Mothma(sp?)? A: This gal just needs to be taught not to mess with Link. When she's on the ground and her eye is red, shoot her useing the Z targeting with your slingshot. When her body turns read get in there and slash away with your sword. Watch out for her legs, they drop off and attack you. Not too hard for your first boss. Beat her, collect your heart container and jump into the portal. Lost Woods There's a party going on and we are missing it. Q: How do I make sure I don't get lost? A: An owl tells you this further into the area, but what's the use? It's very simple. Raise your volume a bit, and follow the music. The tunnel with the music is the right one. Remember your directions because after the first time, the forest doesn't give you that clue anymore. Q: How to beat these wolves? A: As Navi says, just wait until their guard is down, just before they attack and slash them. You get 50R for your troubles. Q: What's the deal with this Ocarina? A: Throughout the game you are taught tunes. They are memorized, through you'll need to rememebr them too. If you don't remember a melody, just go to the Quest Status subscreen and check out the Musical notes. They soon become second nature. Hyrule Field Hyrule's Heartland Q:These place is BIG! : Sure is. Takes seemly forever to go from one place to the next. Plus time passes quickly. I clocked day at lasting 2 minutes 40 seconds. Night lasts about 1 minute 25 seconds. Don't you wish school was that quick? Don't worry about getting lost, there is a little map in your lower righthand corner. You can turn it on and off with the L button. The red mark is where you entered the room or area and the yellow mark is you and the direction you are facing. Q: Where's Hyrule Castle? A: Look at your little map. There is like two circles on it. One big, one small. The small one is Hyrule Castle. Go that way. Make sure to get across the bridge ebfore night, because the bridge rises and you get stuck outside till daybreak. Q: I'm under attack! A: Don't worry about our little druge skeltons. They are easy to avoid, but if you do want to kill them, just slash them 3 times. But they do come back to life. Useful for items, nothing else. You soon learn their pattern and how to avoid them. They disappear once day starts. The Market Where's my credit card? Q: How long do I have to wait for time to pass around here? A: Time stands still in towns such as the Market. Whatever time you entered, it stays that way till you leave. But really it only matters if it's night or day. Q: What's the differnce between night and day in the Market? A: Day is full of people. But a few of the mini-games are closed. Night, the city is full of roaming dogs. Plus most of the things are closed. Q: So what do I do here? A: Talk to everyone, check out the shops and games. There's a chance to win a piece of heart at night. During the day, look carefully at the dog who is running around the woman. At night, if you find that dog and lead it to it's master(by walking in front of it.) she's give you a piece of heart as a reward. Make sure to explore the back alleys. Q: Should I buy a shield? A: NO!!! It's a complete ripoff, because you can get it for free very soon. Plus it's useless till you go to Death Moutain. Q; What about these bombchus? A: Hmm. I haven't found a use for them yet, but you never know. Buy a few, but remember, it's a limited supply, so don't waste them. (Just like the gold carts!) Q: There a point to this? A: Yes. It's on your way to Hyrule Castle. Across the plaze from where you came in is the way to the Castle. go that way once you had your fun in the Market. Hyrule Castle:Outside Breaking and Entering Q: I'm not going too far. A: That damn gate, right? Well along the way, you saw a vine. Go back and climb up it. Make sure to take the middle vine or you'll keep falling. Walk over to the hatch and drop in. Q: What's the deal with all the guards? A: The village people have a bad habit of demanding to see the Princess. So in come the security force. And you thought you could just walk in claiming to be the legendary hero. Q: So how do I get in? A: Seems you'll have to sneak in. Luckly the guards are shortsighted. Getting to the moat is easy. Just look for holes in the pattern of guards. But you want to be caught once my friends. Than you can talk to Malon by the vines and she gives you an egg. Q: How to wake up Malon's father? A: By morning the egg should have hatched. Just use the chick on sleeping beauty and he'll run off, leaving behind some useful boxes. Q: The door won't open. A: Like Hyrule castle's crack security is going to let you just walk in. But once you are inside, if you are caught, you get to be thrown out that door. Q: Than how to get in? A: The boxes. If you can't figure out this puzzle, quit now while you are ahead. Hyrule Caste: Inside Q: I'm in! A: Good for you, but not quite there yet. You still have to sneak through the courtyard. Make sure to enetr the courtyard during the day. Or else it's impossible to get through. Once again time is paused around here. Q: Rupees! A: Yes, through not many and not worth the effort. You'll find many other rubee sources less dangerous. Q: I can't see where the guards are! A: That's the last area you have to pass and it's the toughest. Watch for a long time, don't worry, no rush. You'll see the pattern. Q: I made it! A: Good for you. Now go see the princess and learn alot about your quest. Hyrule Field Q: Where's this Karariko Village? A: Turn left as you get off the bridge and walks along the river till you come to a bridge. Crooss that bridge and walk up the stairs. Welcome! Q: What about Lon Lon Ranch? A: The big circle on your map is the Ranch. Walk to it. Lon Lon Ranch Q:This chicken game is tough. A: It can be, but here's a trick. Turn around ASAP and you can see the "great" Cuccos land. This helps you catch aleast 2 out of 3. The third can be tough, but keep trying. For your efforts, you get a bottle of Milk. Tasty! Q: How to ride the horse? A: Can't. Aleast not as a child. Later my friend, later. Q: Anything else? A: There's a piece of heart in the tower. Just rearanged the boxes so a crawlspace in the corner is uncovered. In there it is. Kariko Village We must unionize! Q: Okay I'm here, now what? A: Once again, look around, check out the shops, talk to everyone. Q: How do I collect all these Cuccos? A: About 2-3 seem very easy, the rest are tougher. One is hidden in a box. All you have to do is roll into the box to break it. 1 you have to use another chicken to glide to it. For the last two, grab a chicken and jump off the cliff oppsite the wall, land on the railing on the ledge next to it. Toss the chicken in your hand over to the other side, than collect the other two chickens, and check out the sites on this tough to reach area. You get an empty bottle the first time you do this, next time you get 50R. Q: Any reason to check out this village at night? A: Yep. One you meet Dampe. Two there are 3 Gold Skulltulas to collect. 2 in the village and 1 in the graveyard. Like all Skulltulas, they only come out at night. Collect 10 and go to the Hosue of Skulltula. You'll recieve a adult wallet, allowing you to hold up to 200R. Neat-o. I'll see soon what happenes when you collect 10 more. Also you get to talk with the Boss's Son, which i assume comes into play later in the game. Lastly, since that darn kid isn't bugging you, go behind the tombstone with 3 flowers in front of it. pull it and you'll revel the entrance to a cave, which has the Hylian Shield for free. Q: What should I do with the Royal Family Tomb? A: Pull up the two tombstones next to the big one. Destroy the Composer Twins and learn what their mission while living was. Than play Zelda's Melody on the triforce symbol and uncover a hidden dungenon. This dungeon can be tough. Kill all the keeses, than go up the steps and avoid the mummies. Finally you'll find the plague giving you the Sun's Song. Q: What's the use for the Sun's Song? A: Not much except you can control time with it. If it's night, you make it Noon. If it's day, you make it Midnight. Useful in it's way. Q: Okay, how to get to Death Moutain? A: You can't go through the gate without the King's Permission. But Zelda's letter works fine. Tip. The gaurd talks about wanting a mask. Go back to the Market, grab the Keaton Mask from the Happy Mask Shop and sell it to the guard. Easy money. Than go back and give the Shop it's share. You make a nice profit and get access to the next model of mask. Running around with these masks are fun. Death Moutain Trail Rock, Spiders, and Bombs. Oh My! Q: There's a boulder in my way. A: Yes there is. Don't worry and follow the trail up to Goron City. Watch out for rolling Gorons and a deadly drop. Goron City You weak Kokiri. Q: What's with all these flowers? A: Those are bomb flowers. You'll need a bracelet to pick up the bombs and use them. Q: Where's Big Brother? A: He's in his room. Just drop down to the bottomest floor and play Zelda's Melody on the nice soft guest carpet. There you go. Q: He's in a bad mood and won't talk to me. A: Maybe a song will cheer the poor chap up. Q: Even with the bomb flowers, I can't get at all of the rooms. A: Don't worry, you'll soon have the ablity to carry bombs and check out the rest of the City. Death Moutain Trail Q: How to get rid of the boulder? A: Turn right as you leave the City and you run into a bomb flower. Toss that oer the cliff and no more boulder. Dodongo's Cavern Q: How to kill these lizards? A: Slash their tails. Q: How to get to the 2nd floor? A: Place a bomb in the open are between the rows of bomb flowers. Domino effect. Q: How to get to the boss? A: You need to push that box into the hole with a switch. Than when you get intot he boss's champer, bomb the dark patch of ground and drop in on King Dodongo's. Q: How to kill King Dodongo? A: Okay he has like 2 attacks. The fire and the roll. Both can be avoided by standing on that little patch of land between the ledges and the lava. When he opens his mouth to spit fire, just toss a bomb into his throat. It'll exploed and he'll turn red. Slash him. Do this 4 times and no more King. Don't forget the heart container(I did.) than head for the portal. Goron City Q: What to do with the rolling Goron? A: Stop him with a bomb. Make sure to do it in front of the sign that tells you to. You get a better bomb holder. Now you can hold 30 bombs. Q: The room with rocks? A: Bomb the right one, walk as far as you can go, than bomb the one on your left. Walk again AFAYCG, than bomb the rock in your way. In the back is 2 chests with 50R each, and a box with a Gold Skulltula and 1R. Q: The Large Jar? A: Light all four tourches on the bottom floor and it'll move. Toss a bomb in from the next floor. the side that faces youd ecides your prize. I have't confirmed this yet, but I'm told it's like this. the Happy Face gives you a recovery heart and a few Rubees. The Normal Face gives you 3 bombs and the Sad face gives you only 3R. If this is true, the Normal face is the only good deal. 1 bomb gives you 3 bombs. It's the new math! (Thanks again chmcalbro@aol.com) Q:The room with lava? A: It may have something to do with the Goron Tunic you can only buy as an adult. I'll see soon. Q:Anything else? A: Make sure to follow the music and take the shortcut to the lost woods. Lost Woods 2 Q:What do I do here? A:Turn right as you enter the lost woods and you'll see a white circle in the distance. You have to hit it straight on with your slingshot. Get 3 100-pointers and recieve a nice prize. Next head down the ladder and walk over to the stump. Two Skull Kids appear and challenge you to a game of Simon Says with your Ocarina. Win three times and get a piece of heart. Head back up the ladder than go straight twice. You'll find yourself in front of two rocks. Step onto the smaller one and play Saria's Song for the lone Skull Kid. You win a Piece of Heart. Now leave Lost Woods the way you came and head out of Goron City. Q:Anything special in the Lost Woods area? A: There's a boulder in the last room before the meadow. Bomb it and get the chance to expand your Deku Nut collection. Q: Anything special in the meadow area? A: Yes. When you are on that second level of the Meadow, there is a ladder leading down to an isloated section. Climb down and jump in the hole. inside is a fairy foutain. Catch one with a bottle. If you ever die, it'll instantly revive you. Neat! Death Moutain Trail Q: How to get to the peak? A: Just climb up the hill on the way from Goron City. Bomb the boulders(there's a trick to the last one.) and countine up. Climb up the wall, make sure to get the spiders. When the rocks start falling on you, just crouch with your shield by pressing R and walk when there's a break. Make sure to have a bomb handy or you'll have to do it again. Once you reach the owl, just bomb the diamond shaped area and enter. Q: Where's the fairy? A: Play Zelda's melody on the triforce symbol and talk with the sexy fairy. She'll give you the power of the Swing Slash and tell you about a fairy near Hyrule castle. That fairy is in a crawlspace behind that boulder at the dead end on the way to the castle. Hyrule Field Q: Now what? A: Talk with Saria over the Ocarina. She'll tell you to check with King Zora. From the entrance to Karikio Village, turn left and follow the river. You'll see a sign at the entrance. Zora's River Q: How to countine? A: Jump at the spot where you can almost see a trail. Watch the swift currents throughout the river. Q:What to do with the frogs? A: You can play your melodies for them and recieve 50R for each, but that's seems to be it for now. Q: I can't get through the falls. A: Just play Zelda's Melody on the plauge. Than jump across and enter. Zora's Domain Q: Where's King Zora? A: He's apove the waterfall. As you come in, walk along the wall with out droping down and you'll find it. Q: How to light the torchs? A: Use Din's Fire at the first one, than use a Deku Stick and run to light the rest. Make sure not to fall into the deep water or your stick will go out. Light all 4 in time and get a piece of heart. Q:Where's the Diving Lessons? A: Turn left at King Zora. You'll run into a lone Zora. Talk to it. Catch the rupees it tosses by diving. Make sure to hold the B button. Get all of them in time, than run back up and recieve a Silver Scale. Now you can dive for 6 seconds. Q: What's that good for? A: Well now you can use that shortcut to the Lost Woods at Zora's River. Meaning you don't have to run everywhere anymore. Next there is a shortcut to Lake Hylia than you need to dive to in Zora's Domain. I haven't found anything else yet. Q: How do I get King Zora to talk to me? A: He's worried about his daughter. If you take the shortcut from Zora Domain to Lake Hylia, you come upon a bottle on the way to shroe. Dive and pickt hat up, than open it. Inside is a plea for help by Princess Ruto. Bring this bottle back to King Zora and show it to him. He'll let you through to see Lord Jabu-Jabu (This guy is very fat and very slow. The cut scene with him opening the passage is way too long. I think you can press B to skip it.) Lord Jabu-Jabu Take two Links and call me in the morning. Q:How to get inside this guy? A: It took me awhile to figure this one out, but here goes. In the shallow water in Zora's Domain is a few fishes. Catch one with a bottle. Now offer the fish to the Lord and he'll open his mouth, than suck you in with the fish. Don't worry, you aren't traped, you cans till walk out his mouth even through it looks closed. Q: Such cute bubbles! A: That's right boys and girls, we are now playing Banjo-Kazooie. Those bubbles look nice and sweet, but they can hurt you. Hit them with a sword or just avoid them. Q: I can't get past this mesh thing on the door. A: Somewhere there's a switch. It may be on the floor or even on the celing. If it's on the celing, just use your slingshot to get it. Q:There's a switch I can't hold down. A: Use either Princess Ruto or a crate. That should do the trick. Q:How to defeat the octupus who runs around the platform? A: This is guy is a pain. Such a coward, running from Link. Maybe a boomrang to the back, followed up by a swing of ye sword will teach him to fight like a man. Q:How to defeat the paracite? A: Okay, first off get the tenactles with your boomrang. Once you have the guy on the ground, he uses the jellyfish to get at you. Stand on those ledges and you'll be safe from the jellyfish. But watch out for lighting bolts, so keep moving. If you managed to hit the guyw ith the bommrang, he'll release the jellfish. This is your chance, get the jellyfish. Once you kill them all, they will get revived and now the boss coems after you. Keep moving and hit him with the boomrang. It's tough because of the jellyfish shields, but once you hit him, you can knock off the jellyfish. Than it'll be just you and the boss. This time when you boomrang him, go right in and slash his belly before he slides underground. Keep at it and you have him. Q:Anything else after getting the stone? A: Go behind the Lord and somewhere around there is a boulder. bomb that and you'll find the entrance to the third Fairy, who gives you Farore's Wind. That's about it. Hyrule Field Q:I got the 3 stones, where to? A: Now'sthe time to collect anything you have missed. Try and get aleast 20 skulltulas, so you can get the Stone of Agony. I think it's possible to get 30 before you become adult. Also make sure you managed to upgrade AMAP. Than head to Hyrule Castle. Temple of Time He gets to bypass purperty?!?! Luckly sonofagun. Q: Neat sword. What do I do with it? A: You stand in front of it and pull it out. Say bye-bye to your childhood. ADULT LINK The Market Proof you can shop till you become a mummy. Q: How to get rid out these undead mummies? A: Just play the Sun's Song and they'll freeze. Just don't hit them with your sword. Hyrule Field Q: Where's my horse? A: Lon Lon Ranch. Here's the instructions to get it form fellow FAQ man, Zauron. @@@ Epona is Adult Link's horse. You can use her to ride around Hyrule field much quicker. To get Epona follow these steps: 1 - Learn Epona's Song. As Young Link talk to Malon in the horse corral in Lon Lon Ranch after meeting Princess Zelda. Talk to her again and show her your ocarina and she'll teach you Epona's Song. 2 - Become Adult Link and get at least 70 rupies. 3 - Talk to Mr. Ingo outside the corral at Lon Lon Ranch and pay 10 rupies to ride the horse. Instead of getting on the horse provided, play Epona's Song and Epona will run up to you. Ride her around the corral to practice. Wait until the time is up. 4 - Talk to Mr. Ingo again and pay to ride again. Play Epona's Song and get on Epona. This time, walk up to Mr. Ingo while on Epona and use Z Targeting to talk to him. He'll challenge you to a race with a 50 rupie wager. 5 - Win the race against Mr. Ingo. He'll challenge you to a second race. Win again and you'll get Epona. 6 - Use the A button to get Epona running really fast and jump the fence Mr. Ingo is standing behind to escape from the ranch with Epona. Race Tips: Racing Mr. Ingo can be tough. Here's how to win. Hold forward on the control stick as soon as the race begins. Use 1 carrot (push A to use a carrot) and wait for it to come back before using it again to keep up with Mr. Ingo. Hug the fence and wait for him to move out of your way. Then use up all the carrots you have EXCEPT ONE to speed Epona up and pass him. The wait until a second carrot appears and use it, then keep doing this to keep ahead of Mr. Ingo. NEVER USE YOUR LAST CARROT! Just keep using the second-to-last carrot. If you use the last one you'll slow down big time and lose. Tip: You can play Epona's song whenever you're on Hyrule Field now to summon her to you. @@@ Korarikio Village New and Improved. Q: Where's this hookshot? A: Dampe has it. He's under one of the graves. Remember how there are 3 flowers in front of the tombstone with the shield? Look for another 3 flowers under a differnt gravestone. Once you find him, he'll race you. Basically you just have to keep up with him. He cheats by tossing flames at you. Be careful. Keep up with him and he'll give you the hookshot. Q: How to get out Dampe's Tomb? A: Just play the Song of Time in front of that block and you'll wind up in the windmill and can now grab the piece of heart)Throgh you could have gotten it with a boomrang eariler. Q: What's wrong with the Windmill guy? A: He seems very upset. Maybe a song will cheer him up. Q: What do I do with this pocket cucco? A: The cucco gets real happy if you use it to wake someone up. Who needs to wake up? Lost Woods Call me Mister Q: How to get past this guy? A: Play Saria's song. That proves you know her. Q:How to beat the Moblins? A:The easiest is to stun him with a hookshot, use a bomb, or the powered up swing attack, but all of these must be when their backs are turned. Forest Temple Q: How to beat the final room before the boss? A: This room rotates. You have to push those blocks on the side to move it. there's a switch soemwhere around there and so is the way to the boss. Q:How to beat Phatom Ganon? A: This took me awhile to figure out. Here goes. There are two ganon's that coem from the pictures. one is fake and always is in the picture the real one just used. The real one follows a pattern and ocne you learn it, it's easy to figure out which one he comes out of. Now when he starts to come out, fire at him before he totally gets out or you'll get shocked. After like 3 hits he'll drop the horse and attack you with balls of lighting. You can block them with your shield, but to beat him, you need to reflect them back. If you connect, he'll fall tot he ground and you can beat the snot out of him with your sword. Soemtimes he deflects the balls back at you. If you have good reflexs, play tennis with him. if not, just block those shots with your shield. after awhile he'll die. Goron City Q: How to get the Goron Tunic? A: There's a Goron rolling around. A: Just go back to the Temple of Time and slip the Master Sword back into the pedestal. Q:How to get all 4 Workers in Gerudo Valley A:Straight from IGN64.Com, the answer.. They're all in the Fortress, and they're not really hidden at all -- the layout is just very confusing. Get out of your prison and turn into the left doorway, then turn right for the first carpenter. Continue straight, turn left when you're outside. Turn right and right again. Turn left and enter the doorway to the left. Go straight for the second carpenter. Turn left, through the doorway and all the way straight. You will find the third carpenter after the doorway. Make a u-turn through the other door and continue straight all the way. At the end, turn left. Straight, left, straight, left, right, through the doorway, and bingo. The last one.
