Blizzard- One/All enemy water attack. Find in Focus Tower after getting River Coin. Aero- One/All enemy wind attack. Find in Doom Castle section of Focus Tower. ---- Wizard Magic Thunder- One/All enemy wind and water attack. Win at a Battlefield near Fireburg. White- All enemy purity attack. Find in Volcano. Meteor- All enemy devastating earth attack. Find in Giant Tree. Flare- All enemy devastating fire attack. Find in Pazuzu's Tower. -------- Items Cure potion- Recovers HP Heal potion- Recovers status Seeds- Recover magic power Refresher- Recover power lost during battle Tree Wither- Receive in Level Forest. Required to convince Kaeli to join Elixer- Receive from Tristam in Bone Dungeon. Require to cure Kaeli. Wakewater- Receive in Life Temple. Required to release Aquaria from ice. Magic Mirror- Find in Ice Pyramid. You need this to see the monsters in the Ice Pyramid Venus Key- Receive from Spencer in Aquaria. Required to unlock the chest containing the Venus Shield. Multi-Key- Receive from Tristam in Fireburg. Required to unlock the door of Arion's friend. Mask- Find in Volcano. With this, you can see the monsters in the Volcano. Thunder Rock- Receive from Arion in Fireburg. Required to power up the Rainbow Road. Captain Cap- Receive from Kaeli in Windia. Captain Mac will let you use his ship with this. Libra Crest- Find in Wintry Cave. Warp from Libra tiles. Gemini Crest- Win in a Battlefield near Fireburg. Warp from Gemini tiles. Mobius Crest- Find in Spencer's Place. Warp from Mobius tiles. Sand Coin- Find in Bone Dungeon. Opens the yellow Sand Door. River Coin- Find in Ice Pyramid. Opens the blue River Door. Sun Coin- Find in Lava Dome. Opens the purple Sun Door. Sky Coin- Find in Pazuzu's Tower. Opens the green Sky Door. -------- Tips, Tricks, and Other Cool Stuff -- Fight every enemy you see. You will eventually defeat any enemy you ever come across. -- Keep a gigantic supply of seeds after you reach Fireburg. Since they completely refill your magic, you won't be so dependent on curative items. -- Your magic does better if you have a claw equipped. -- Using Exit to kill an enemy yields no experience or gold. Use Life to kill whenever possible. -- In most other Final Fantasy games, Fire is the magic of choice against undead creatures. In Mystic Quest, use Aero. Also note that Life has no effect on undead creatures. -- If the hero uses Cure on the Dark King, it wipes out massive amounts of the Dark King's HP. -- If you gain a level on the last fight of a Battlefield, and the prize you receive is more experience, you'll automatically gain another level.
