Guest Judge Application

If you would like to serve as a Guest Judge in one of the upcoming preliminary
rounds of OmniArt 2005, please fill out this application and send it to
fanart@rpgamer.com with "[CONTEST] Guest Judge" in the subject line.

IMPORTANT: Guest judges may not enter any round of the OmniArt 2005 contest.
They are welcome to send in submissions, but their work will not be judged or
considered for prizes. Similarly, if you have already entered the OmniArt 2005
contest, you may not guest judge.

1. Briefly explain who you are, what you do, and why you would make a good guest
   judge. Mention any applicable artistic experience you may have, and include
   links to your applicable internet presence.



2. Guest judges serve for one round, and guest judging requires a time
   commitment of a few hours. If there is any time between now and the end of
   September 2005 that you would NOT be available, please list those periods
   here.



3. Guest judges may provide promotional materials for contest prizes, though
   offering to do so will not improve your chances of being selected to judge.
   If you would like to provide promotional materials or any other items for
   use as prizes in the contest, please list those items here.
