Updater on duty: Googleshng
Mike has officially moved on to the news section, so it seems I'll be
handling all future Roundtable updates. I should probably tweak a few things around here design wise
considering.

This Week's Topics |
|
Overpowered Main Characters |
A large number of RPGs today, and indeed since the 16-bit days, have given you a party like this: The fighter, the mage; the healer; and the main character, who can out-fight the fighter, cast healing spells, and big huge attack spells. What are everyone's thoughts on this convention? |
Serialized RPGs |
There has recently been quite the rise in the popularity of serialized RPGs. We have Shenmue, we have .hack, and a case could be made for Xenosaga. What does everyone think of this concept? |
RPG Music Composers |
Everyone knows the names of Yasunori Mitsuda, and Nobuo Uematsu. Other than them however, people's knowledge of videogame music is sorely lacking. Would anyone care to enlighten the masses? |
