[01/15/02]: Welcome to your ...regularly...scheduled update of PsoV. We're two weeks into the new year and so far it's looking awesome, especially when it comes to reviews. With the new batch of systems finally starting to release a good number of RPGs, it's no surprise we're getting so many; perhaps the new systems have also given people a reason to go back and live again their old favorite, or not so favorite, games. Either way, there doesn't seem to be much of a slow down in sight, and I for one cannot complain.
Congratulations to #reviewhaven regular, TheShroud13, for going bronze this update! I'd like to invite each and every one of you to join us in #reviewhaven!
If you aren't familiar with IRC, you'll want to head over to our IRC FAQ for all the juicy details. For those of you with some familiarity, here's the connection info you'll need:
Network (you'll need to add a new one): irc.esper.net either port: 6667 or 5555.
Once connected, make sure you're not using a registered nickname (nickserv will tell you if you are and ask you to change). The type "/j #reviewhaven" (minus the quotes), and you're in. Welcome to our world ;)
ASV: Just a very small note to add, today. Due to the unstoppered hordes of reviews we've gotten for certain games, Paws and I have decided to temporarily stop accepting reviews for said games. The link to the list can be found to the right under 'Locked Games'. Any reviews for those games that have already been sent in, prior to this update, will still be posted (assuming they're accepted). Thanks for reviewing the popular games, folks, but could you try to eliminate our other list? >;)

Contacting Authors
I will sometimes receive feedback for a review not written by myself to reviews@rpgamer.com; while I do not mind receiving these, I cannot do anything but pass it along to the author. Please bear in mind, reviews are the opinion of the reader and do not reflect the opinion of the site. The information in each review is verified to the best of my abilities and is presumed to be true by myself unless otherwise informed. If you see something erroneous in a review (fact wise), please contact the author of the review. Their email is in several places: on the review itself, in the game's reviews archive, in the reader's archive by author, and in the PsoV update the review was published in.
