Ghostlight released a new trailer for its upcoming Steam PC release of Compile Heart's Omega Quintet. The video, viewable below, introduces the main characters before showing brief clips of various gameplay aspects. Ghostlight also revealed that the game's Steam page is now available, and confirmed that it will be released sometime during December 2017.

Omega Quintet was originally released for PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe by Idea Factory International in 2015. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic future where humanity has been ravaged by a mind-affecting phenomenon called the Blare. The only effective counter to the Blare comes in the form of pop idol-like Verse Maidens. Players are put in the role of the manager of the current group of Verse Maidens, joining them in turn-based combat.
