Defiant Development has officially released its new action RPG deck-building hybrid Hand of Fate 2 for PC, Mac, and Linux worldwide as well as for PlayStation 4 in North America. The game is available for $29.99/€24.99, with global Xbox One and European PlayStation 4 releases coming soon. A new trailer was also released for the game, featuring the Dealer and several examples of how players will use cards to give their characters powers and abilities.
Combining elements of roguelikes, deck-building games, and action RPGs, Hand of Fate 2 has players once again facing off against the Dealer as they engage in encounters chosen from a deck of cards. Players will then be able to augment their abilities with cards drawn from their own deck and fight off monsters in 3D arenas.
