Idea Factory International made some announcements this week, revealing release plans for two new RPGs in North America and Europe. The new titles were joined by the reveal of a PC version for a game released for PlayStation Vita earlier this year.

The first new announcement is Dark Rose Valkyrie, which was released in Japan as Black Rose Valkyrie. The game is set in a world where the outbreak of an extraterrestrial virus in 1929 causes humans to transform into creatures called Chimeras. Japan forms a covert military agency known as ACID to combat the remaining Chimeras in country. Outside of its turn-based combat, players must also investigate their party members, as one will turn out to be a traitor. Dark Rose Valkyrie is planned for a spring 2017 release on PlayStation 4.

The second new title is Mary Skelter: Nightmares, aka Kamigokuto Mary Skelter in Japan. The game is a dungeon-crawling RPG where players are trapped in an underground tower known as the Jail, which is itself alive, growing by feeding on the desires of those trapped inside. Combat is turn-based and features class-changing options, with the game also including "a strategic blood-licking transform system, and a blood-rubbing system to power up your party". Mary Skelter: Nightmares is set for a summer 2017 release on PlayStation Vita, with PlayStation TV compatibility.

Idea Factory International also announced that it will be bringing the enhanced version of Fairy Fencer F, Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force to PC via Steam. The PC version of the game, which was released for PlayStation 4 earlier this year, is planned for release in summer 2017.
