THQ Nordic has begun a new video series detailing the playable characters in its upcoming game The Dwarves. The first up is Boïndil Doubleblade, a burly defender that wields two axes. In the game, he serves the role as a tank, with abilities that allow him to attack in quick succession, leap to higher elevations or great distances, and the ability to attract enemies to him.

The Dwarves is based off of the German book series by Markus Heitz and features a real-time, few versus many tactical RPG. The game arrives for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on Decemver 1, 2016.
