Focus Home Interactive has announced that it has a date for the console releases of Mordheim: City of the Damned. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be getting the game on October 18, 2016, nearly a year after its original release on PC.

Mordheim is an adaptation of Games Workshop's miniatures game of the same name where players take control of a warband in a tactical RPG. The game takes place in the ruined city of Mordheim, where numerous groups fight over the Wyrdstone gems that broke off of the comet that destroyed the city. Four factions will be available for the game — Human Mercenaries, the Sisters of Sigmar, the Skaven of Clan Eshin, and the Cult of the Possessed — and each will have a full campaign. Decisions made in combat can have a lasting effect throughout the game, as permadeath and crippling injuries will be present for members of a warband. Players will also be able to take their warband online to battle others.
