Temco Koei released more details and screenshots of it upcoming release of Nights of Azure for PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe, focusing on the game's two main characters. The pair live on the island of Ruswal, where Azure-blooded demons prey on humans after dark and knights known as the Curia try to fend them off.

Arnica, the game's protagonist, is one such member of the Curia. Although skilled with a blade, Arnica also has abilities stemming from having some demon blood in her veins and is the only known person to touch the Azure blood and survive. These special abilities also offer Arnica the power to summon monsters to assist her.

Lilysse, meanwhile, is Arnica's best friend and another key character. She is a chosen saint who's fate plays a big role in the events of the game. The ending of the game is greatly affected by how players apply the very close friendship between Lilysee and Arnica in decisions throughout proceedings.

Nights of Azure is a new IP from the Atelier and Ar nosurge developer Gust and was originally released in Japan in August 2015 under the title Yoru no Nai Kuni for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita. The game is planned to be released only on PlayStation 4 in North America on March 29, 2016 and in Europe on April 1, 2016.
