Three new trailers have been released by Nintendo and Atlus for Genei Ibun Roku #FE. The first introduces Toma Akagi, the second reveals details of battles and dungeons, and the last shows off the game world.

The game is set in real world Tokyo from which the player enters another world known as the Idolsphere. In the Idolsphere the party's path is blocked by enemy mirages and peculiar mechanics, such as moving a giant mannequin to reach new floors.

Battles occur when the party comes in contact with enemy symbols. When characters hit an enemy's weakness, a Session Attack is activated that allows party members to have free attacks. Victory will reward the party with experience points for leveling, skill points for learning new skills, and Performa used to create new weapons.
