Mordheim: City of the Damned, the video game adaptation of Games Workshop's tabletop game, is gearing up for Early Access. For the occasion, Focus Interactive has released a new trailer showcasing more of the game's visual elements rather than its systems.

Mordheim takes place in the Warhammer universe five hundred years before the tabletop game. Players will take control of a squad of characters from four distinct factions — the Sisters of Sigmar, the Possessed, the Skaven, and Mercenaries from the Empire — in a tactical RPG environment. Like other games utilizing the setting, units can suffer from permanent debilitating injuries and the permadeath of characters is the norm. The game will include both a campaign and multiplayer modes.
