Following on from its release of the first Dragon Quest title on iOS and Android last month, Square Enix this week released Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line on the same platforms. The game can now be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for $4.99/£2.99/€4.49.

Dragon Quest II is set one hundred years after the first game. It was originally released in North America for Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990 under the title Dragon Warrior II, with a port for Game Boy and Game Boy Color released in the region in 2000.
