NIS America has announced a partnership with Japanese developer, and now publisher, Imageepoch. Imageepoch is best known for the Luminous Arc series, but also developed Arc Rise Fantasia and recently released Japanese-only title Criminal Girls. Haru Akenaga, President of NIS America, commented that, "I am attracted by their [Imageepoch] philosophy of creating games. Imageepoch is already a distinguished videogame developer in Japan. Not only that, but it is my firm belief that their future titles will fascinate JRPG fans in the US and Europe in the near future."

Recently, Imageepoch created a brand called "JRPG" in Japan, and announced several new titles such Black Rock Shooter: The Game, Chevalier Saga Tactics and Final Promise Story. NIS America has stated that they will be bringing Imageepoch's RPGs to North America and Europe, though have not confirmed specifically which titles at this time.
