Following quickly in the wake of the recently released DLC pack Claptrap's New Robot Revolution, 2k Games has announced a Game of the Year edition for the gun-filled RPG-shooter hybrid Borderlands. This edition includes the standard game, and four download codes for all of the currently released DLC, including the most recent Claptrap pack, along with The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot and The Secret Armory of General Knoxx.

The Game of the Year edition will be released this Friday October 12 for the XBox 360 and PlayStation 3 at $59.99, and for the PC at $49.99. You can read RPGamer's review of Borderlands here.
