Originally scheduled to be released in the winter of 2004, Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga's release date has been pushed back to the spring of 2005; albeit, the delay doesn't come without compensation. Atlus will be releasing the game in a special box set come springtime, which will contain a collector's art box for Digital Devil Saga, as well as Digital Devil Saga 2, which is slated to hit North America in summer 2005. The set will also include a "Digital Devil Saga controller armor" sticker to decorate your controller, and a soundtrack CD, which will be packed with over 30 tracks from the game.
Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga takes place in the world of the Junkyard, where rivial tribes battle to obtain the right to ascend to Nirvana. After their encounter with a mysterious light, the protagonist, Serph, and his cohorts gain the ability to change into powerful demons.
The Digital Devil Saga box set will go for the price of $54.99. For more information, visit RPGamer's Digital Devil Saga screenshots, packaging, and movie pages; or check out the official Digital Devil Saga site here .
