Chun Soft, a company in the game-making business for 20 years, announced this week that it intends to release a new RPG for the GameCube. The game is titled Homeland.
The game begins with the protagonist, Ruki, hearing a voice in his head. This is the voice of a nameless girl from another world. She is desperately trying to save her world from an impending doom, thus Ruki is her contact for help.
The battle system for Homeland will be turn based, with battles taking place on the field. There is no news yet of this game reaching North American shores, but the game will be available in Japan sometime during the summer of 2004.
