The company behind the popular MMOPRG, Dark Age of Camelot, has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft for copyright infringment. Mythic Entertainment claims that the upcoming MMORPG from Microsoft, Mythica, would infringe on its name and possibly confuse customers.
Mythic Entertainment wants a permanent injunction which will prevent Microsoft from using the name. According to Mythic Entertainment CEO Mark Jacobs, Mythica is quite similar to Camelot, considering the setting and name are quite similar.
