Mythic Entertainment announced today that Dark Age of Camelot: Shrouded Isles, the original game's first expansion pack, has gone gold. The title will appear in retail outlets in North America beginning December 3rd, 2002.

"Dark Age of Camelot is the fastest growing massively multiplayer online role-playing game in North America and Europe, and the launch of Shrouded Isles will only accelerate that growth," said Mark Jacobs, President of Mythic Entertainment. "I am proud of all the people at Mythic who made this possible as well as our strong roster of international partners including Vivendi Universal Games."

Shrouded Isles extends the story of the original game with new character classes, new races, and three new continents.
