With the special edition already announced for release on January 31, 2002, it's probably a surprise to no one that Sony will release the regular edition of Wild ARMs Advanced 3rd on the same day. The title, which features more of the western-themed action the series has come to be known for, follows the adventures of Virginia Maxwell and her ragtag band of companions as they embark on a quest across the land of Filgaia.

While no North American release date has yet been confirmed for WA3, the first two titles in the series received localization, so chances are still fair that the game will also make it to North America. The Japanese version will retail for 5800 yen, or approximately $47.00 US.
