Stormfront Studios's PlayStation 2 role-playing game
The Legend of Alon D'ar has gone gold. Now
seeing the tail end of the production cycle, the title will soon be ready for release by
American publisher UbiSoft. Legend is one of a series of RPGs to be released by the
company, a list that includes the massively multiplayer online PC RPG
Shadowbane, due out sometime early
next year.
With this announcement comes the definitive North American release date of December 5th. Written
by "Sisterhood of Steel" author Christy Marx,
Legend follows the orphan Jarik through Chandar, a magical world with a dark past. The
UbiSoft title will retail for a projected $50.00US, and has been rated T for Teen by the ESRB.
