Super Robot Taisen Compact Details

Some information on the latest handheld installment of Banpresto's mech-fighting sim Super Robot Taisen Compact has emerged as the game's December 13th release date draws near. The game will use three systems: the Free Order system, which allows the player to choose which chapters to play or not play; the Personal Data Table, which is more or less self-explanatory; and finally, the Skill Co-ordinate feature. This third system enables players to transfer special skills learned by one mech to another, creating a new and powerful character.

When it hits stores in Japan, SRT Compact will be priced at 4800 yen, which amounts to roughly $39.00 US. The game is unlikely to see a release in North America.
