Doki-Doki Densetsu: Magic Circle Guru-Guru released in Japan
Game Boy Color

Doki-Doki Densetsu: Magic Circle Guru-Guru has recently been released in Japan. Though the extremely long name of this Game Boy Color Action/RPG might scare some away, those that take a look at this title may find some interesting features underneath. Kukuri, a cute sorceress, plays the main role in the game, and will be forced to defeat monsters by combining four different schools of magic and four magic attributes to form the magic circle. Those looking for a challenge beyond that of the single player game will find it in the two player card battle mode, which is played over the Game Boy Color infared port.

The premise of the game is based off of the popular animé and manga series known as Magic Circle Guru-Guru. Doki-Doki Densetsu: Magic Circle Guru-Guru was released on November 17, 2000 in Japan. A North American release seems unlikely, but RPGamer will keep you updated as to the status of the release of this Game Boy Color Action/RPG if and when it changes.
