Square is taking a step toward the stationery front with the release of their 2001 Final Fantasy calendar. The seven-page piece (seven pages?) features illustrations by Yoshitaka Amano and Nomura Tetsuya, and also a number of CG pieces from various Final Fantasy games.

The official calendar is retailing in Japan for 1800 yen. No Final Fantasy X artwork is included, ostensibly since the game doesn't yet exist in full form. Interested parties should high-tail it to their favorite importer, however; the Magic 8-Ball reports this one's chance of crossing the Pacific as "slim to none."
