Sega's long-anticipated Shenmue is finally ready to roll, according to the official Shenmue website. Yu Suzuki, the game's creator, announced that he is satisfied with the localization of the game for domestic release.

Suzuki praised the translation staff for doing an excellent job, saying the North American version will remain true to the original Japanese, to preserve the integrity of the plot. Current wisdom holds that Shenmue will be available stateside in early to mid-November, and in the meantime eager Dreamcast owners can browser RPGamer's game coverage.
