With Code Vein making a heavy appearance at this year's Tokyo Game Show, Bandai Namco released a new official trailer for the game. The video, viewable below, features a scarred Revenant and mysterious entities named the Queen and Red Mist. It also includes various gameplay footage of the player in combat against the ravenous Lost.

Code Vein is an action RPG being developed by the team behind the God Eater series. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world where surviving humans are known as Revenants and have special powers known as Gifts that come at the cost of an intense bloodlust. Those who succumb to the bloodlust become part the mindless cannibalistic force wandering the world known as the Lost. Code Vein is planned for a worldwide release sometime in 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
