Guerrilla Games has announced the release date for Horizon: Zero Dawn's expansion. Titled The Frozen Wilds, the expansion will launch on November 7, 2017. The expansion is available to pre-order for $19.99/£15.99, with PlayStation Plus subscribers receiving the DLC at the discounted price of $14.99/£14.39. Those who pre-order now will also receive an exclusive avatar.

The Frozen Wilds will add a new area to the game map, which will come with its own story as well as new machines to fight and items to find. Like the base game, The Frozen Wilds is exclusive to the PlayStation 4. For more information on the game, Pascal Tekaia's review can be read here.
