During a livestream for its upcoming release of Zwei: The Ilvard Insurrection, XSEED Games announced that it will be bringing Ys Seven to PC in English. The game will be released sometime during summer 2017, and is different to the Chinese PC port originally released in 2012.

Unsurprisingly the seventh mainline Ys title, Ys Seven was originally released for PlayStation Portable in North America and Europe in 2010. The game once again follows Adol and longtime partner Dogi as they arrive on the continent of Altago looking for more adventure and very quickly find it.
