Specialist publisher Limited Run Games announced it is partnering with Spike Chunsoft to offer a physical edition of Mystery Chronicle: One Way Heroics. Both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions will be available, with a limit of five thousand copies to be produced for each version. The physical edition will cost $24.99, and will be available to order exclusively through Limited Run Games' online store on September 16, 2016.

Mystery Chronicle is both a spin-off to Spike Chunsoft's Mystery Dungeon/Shiren the Wanderer series and a remake of indie studio Smoking WOLF's One Way Heroics. Improvements over the original One Way Heroics include both Japanese and English voiceover options, a versus mode, a new story and ending, new classes, new monsters, new allies, a new soundtrack, and rebalanced gameplay. The game is set for release on PC via Steam on September 13, 2016, with its PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions yet to receive a confirmed release date.
