Natsume announced that its latest release from the Kunio-kun series, River City: Tokyo Rumble, will be arriving in North America and Europe in September 2016. The game will be available for Nintendo 3DS physically and digitally in North America, and digitally in Europe.

Released as Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun SP: Rantou Kyousoukyoku in Japan in 2013 by Arc System Works, River City: Tokyo Rumble, is a side-scrolling beat-'em-up RPG that follows a hot-blooded high school student named Kunio.
