Square Enix has announced what fans of its family-friendly building block game Dragon Quest Builders can expect to receive when purchasing its Day One Edition. Additional recipes for building materials await those who pre-order, including Slimy Blocks, Springtide Sprinkles, and Gold Blocks. These recipes will be exclusive for Day One pre-orders. The game's package art was also released, as seen below.

Dragon Quest Builders will release in North America on October 11, 2016, and in Europe on October 14, 2016. The PlayStation Vita handheld edition will only be available digitally, while the PlayStation 4 is receiving both digital and physical copies.
