Capcom has released a series of new videos for its upcoming Japanese release of Monster Hunter Stories later this year. The videos act as introduction trailers for the various monsters that players can recruit as allies. Seven videos have been released to date featuring Zinogre, Lagiacrus, Brachydios, Qurupeco, Lagombi, Aptonoth, and Rathian.
Monster Hunter Stories is a spin-off RPG to Capcom's Monster Hunter series. The game is targetted towards a younger audience, with a greater focus on story than the main series. Players take on the role of a Monster Rider, and can ride on the backs of their ally monsters while exploring and battling. The Nintendo 3DS-exclusive title is due out in Japan on October 8, 2016, with no announcement made yet regarding a western release.
