Level-5 released a couple of gameplay videos for its upcoming release in Japan of Yo-kai Watch 3. The first video shows the game's "Zombie Night" feature, where on a certain night the balance between yo-kai spirits is thrown into disarray. Players need to defeat zombie yo-kai using the "Doctor's Special Hammer" before ringing the daybreak bell to escape the event.

The second video, meanwhile, focuses on the various forms of transportation available. Certain locations have vehicles that can be used for getting around, including a shopping trolley, a raft, a horse, and a submarine.

Yo-kai Watch 3 is due to be released in Japan for Nintendo 3DS on July 16, 2016, and will be available in Sushi and Tempura versions. As for North America, Yo-kai Watch 2 Bony Spirits / Fleshy Souls is set for release on September 30, 2016.
