Nintendo has announced that Genei Ibun Roku ♯FE, the crossover between Shin Megami Tensei and Fire Emblem, will be released in Japan for Wii U on December 26, 2015. The company also revealed a limited edition of the game and limited edition Wii U bundle for its Japanese release, as well as showing its new box art. The Fortissimo Edition features a collectible box, six-song soundtrack CD, artbook, and costume set download code, while the Wii U bundle contains the Fortissimo Edition plus six character lyric cards, two sheets of stickers, a download code for three support quests, and a 32GB black Wii U.

Genei Ibun Roku ♯FE features an urban fantasy setting using locations from contemporary Tokyo and incorporates aspects from both series. The game is being developed by Atlus and Intelligent Systems, with Nintendo handling publishing duties. Genei Ibun Roku ♯FE is confirmed for release in North America and Europe in 2016, although it is currently unclear whether its name will be changed for its western release. RPGamers can check out around forty-minutes of gameplay below from Nintendo's Treehouse Live at this year's E3 in June.
